🗓️ Day 1: Arrival in Tbilisi

🏔️ Day 2: Tbilisi City Tour
- (Driving Distance ≈ 10km / Time ≈ 1 hour)
- Sightseeing tour of the old city, during which we will visit the National Museum of Georgia, Metekhi church, Abanotubani – district of sulfur baths, Sioni cathedral, Sharden street, Anchiskhati church. In the evening, welcome to the restaurant of Georgian national cuisine.* Overnight in Tbilisi.
• 10:00 – Visit National Museum of Georgia. - 12:00 – Tbilisi Sightseeing tour. Sights to visit: Old City, Metekhi Church, Abanotubani – Sulphur bath district, Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica.
• 13:00 – Free time for lunch;
• 20:00 – Welcome dinner*.

🏰 Day 3: Round trip to Wine Region – Kakheti
- Tbilisi – Signagi – Bodbe – Tbilisi
(Driving Distance ≈330 km / Time ≈ 4 hours)
A trip to Kakheti – the region of viticulture and winemaking. We will visit the Bodbe monastery and the medieval town Sinagi. After walking around the city and its fortification wall, we will have lunch* in a wine cellar and taste homemade wine. Ancient Georgian traditional Qvevri winemaking is listed in Intangible Cultural Heritage Monuments by UNESCO.
• 9:00 – Drive to Kakheti region;
• Visit: Bodbe Nunnery, Sighnaghi – City of Love
• 13:00 – free time for lunch*;
• Wine tasting at a local winery;

🌄 Day 4: From Tbilisi to Khevi Province
- Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Stepancminda – Gudauri
(Driving Distance ≈ 315 km / Time ≈ 4,5 hours)
After breakfast drive to the ancient capital and religious center of Georgia – Mtskheta, visit to UNESCO World Heritage Monuments – Jvari Monastery and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral. After lunch* in order to see the high peaks, roaring rivers and mountain lifestyle of Georgia’s northern borderlands we travel to Stepantsminda. Upon arrival in Stepancminda, we change transport and on the 4×4 car we go up to Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, which is located at an altitude of 2,047 m above sea level. In the evening we arrival in Gudauri, which is located on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus Range. Accommodation and rest. Overnight in Gudauri.
• 9:00 – Drive to Mtskheta. Sights to visit: Jvari Monastery, Svetitskhoveli Cathedral;
• 13:00 – free time for lunch*;
• Drive to visit Gergeti Trinity Church by 4WD vehicle*;
• 20:00 – Dinner at the hotel*;

🍷 Day 5: Trip to the oldest urban settlement in Georgia
- Gudauri – Ananuri – Uplistsikhe – Borjomi – Akhaltsikhe
(Driving Distance ≈ 320 km / Time ≈ 5,5 hours)
After breakfast drive to the province of Samtskhe-Javakheti. On the way in the Mtiuleti province we visit Ananuri fortress and then visit the cave town Uplistsikhe (2 millennium BC). We will examine this ancient complex with residential caves, wine cellars, an antique theater, visit the medieval basilica. Lunch in the wine cellar with homemade wine * and continue the way. In the evening arrival in Akhaltsikhe. Hotel accommodation. Overnight in Akhaltsikhe.
• 9:00 – Drive to visit Ananuri architectural complex;
• Explore Uplistsikhe cavetown (dating back to 2 st millennium BC);
• 13:00 – free time for lunch*;
• Visit Stalin’s Museum* and the house, where Stalin, the leader of Soviet Union, was born;
• Drive to Akhaltsikhe;
Overnight in Akhaltsikhe.
🏛️ Day 6: Explore Samtskhe-Javakheti region
- Rabati – Vardzia – Khertvisi – Paravani Lake – Tbilisi
(Driving Distance ≈ 340km / Time ≈ 6,5 hours)
In the morning visit the historical part of the city of Akhaltsikhe – the Rabati fortress, where the palace of the Akhaltsikha pasha, the caravan – shed and other attributes of the fortress city are located. After visiting fortress moving to the rock city and the monastery complex Vardzia (12th century), carved during the reign of Queen Tamar. After lunch * visit the medieval fortress of Khertvisi and head towards Tbilisi. On the way we will see the most beautiful lake Paravani, which is located at an altitude of 2075 m. above sea level. Return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi
• 9:00 – visit Rabati fortress;
• Drive to Vardzia, explore Vardzia Cave complex;
• 13:00 – free time for lunch*;
• Photo stop at Khertvisi Fortress;
• Photo stop at Paravani Lake;

✈️ Day 7: Free day to explore Tbilisi Independently
- Guide service and Transportation on this day isn’t provided. Recommended places to visit in Tbilisi: Ethnographic museum in the open air*, sulfur baths*, Narikala Fortress*. Also, day trip to lower Kartli region to explore Dmanisi archaeological site and visit Bolnisi Basilica. Overnight in Tbilisi.
