After breakfast, we head north toward the Khevi (Kazbegi) region. En route, we’ll visit the 17th-century Ananuri Fortress. Next, passing the Mtiuleti region, we’ll arrive at the Gudauri ski resort, located on the southern slopes of the Greater Caucasus Mountains, and drive via the Cross Pass to Stepantsminda (Kazbegi). The highlight of the visit is the Gergeti Holy Trinity Church, located at an altitude of 2,180 meters at the foot of Mount Kazbegi. Return to Tbilisi in the evening. Overnight at a hotel in Tbilisi.

After breakfast, depart for Mtskheta, the ancient capital of the Kingdom of Kartli and the religious center of all Georgia. We’ll visit UNESCO World Heritage sites Jvari Monastery (6th century) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th century). Next, we’ll visit the cave city of Uplistsikhe (2nd millennium BC). We’ll explore this ancient complex with residential caves, wine cellars, an ancient theater, and a medieval basilica. Return to Tbilisi in the evening. Overnight in Tbilisi.

Trip to Kakheti, a region of viticulture and winemaking. We’ll visit the 6th-century Bodbe Monastery and the medieval town of Sighnaghi. After a walk around the town, we’ll drive to Tsinandali, the Chavchavadze family estate. We’ll tour the house museum, followed by a tasting of four varieties of wine and chacha from the Tsinandali Vineyards company in a local wine cellar. We’ll conclude the day with a farewell lunch with a local resident. In the evening, we’ll return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.

After breakfast drive to the province of Samtskhe-Javakheti. After arriving in Akhaltsikhe On the way we will see the most beautiful lake Paravani, which is located at an altitude of 2075 m. above sea level. Return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi, visit the historical part of the city – the Rabati fortress, where the palace of the Akhaltsikhe pasha, the caravan – shed and other attributes of the fortress city are located. After visiting fortress moving to the rock city and the monastery complex Vardzia (12th century), carved during the reign of Queen Tamar. Then visit the medieval fortress of Khertvisi.
