TOUR DESCRIPTION
Day1: Arrival in Tbilisi. Transfer to the hotel. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 2: Tbilisi Tour
After breakfast sightseeing tour of the old town: Rustaveli Avenue, Sololaki District, Maidan, Abanotubani, Metekhi Church, Sioni Cathedral, Anchiskhati Basilica.Afterlunch*-Freetime. Recommended places to visit: gold fund of the National Museum of Georgia and the open-air ethnographic museum *; dry bridge and Saarbrucken square (former Vorontsov) – the pedestrian street named after David Agmashenebeli. In the evening, a welcome dinner at the restaurant of Georgian national cuisine.*Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 3: Tbilisi – Bodbe – Signagi – Tsinandali – Tbilisi
After breakfast drive to the province of viticulture and winemaking - Kakheti. First we visit the Bodbe Monastery (6th century), where the educator of Georgians St. Nino rests and then we visit the medieval town Signagi, the "City of Love".After a walk around the city and its ramparts, lunch at a local wine cellar.After lunch, departure to the princely estate of Alexander Chavchavadze in Tsinandali.A walk through the charming park and an excursion to the house-museum of a well-known public figure.If desired, wine tasting in a local wine cellar.*Further, visit to the Kindzmaraulicorporation and wine tasting.In the evening return to Tbilisi. Overnight in Tbilisi.
Day 4: Tbilisi – Mtskheta – Ananuri – Gudauri
After breakfast we go to the ancient capital of eastern Georgia - Mtskheta, which with its sights - the Jvari monastery (6th c) and Svetitskhoveli Cathedral (11th c) is included in the UNESCO World Heritage List. After visiting the sights, via the Georgian Military Road, we head to the province of Khevi.On the way, we visit the medieval fortress Ananuri (17th c).After lunch* we continue our way towards Stepantsminda (Kazbegi) and through the Cross pass, bypassing the Gudauri ski resort, we arrive in Kazbegi.We change transport and on 4x4car we drive to the GergetiTrinity church (2047 m).Then we return to Gudauri. Dinner at the hotel.Overnight in Gudauri.
Day 5: Gudauri – Gori – Uplistsikhe – Kutaisi
After breakfast, we will head towards the ancient settlement in Georgia, the rocky town Uplistsikhe (2 millennium BC), which was the pagan center of the entire region. After visiting the city wewillhave lunch.*Next, we head towards western Georgia. On the way, at your wish, you can visit the house-museum of Stalin* in Gori,and then the Ricoti Pass and Western Georgia, Imereti.Accommodation at the hotel. Overnight in Kutaisi / Tskaltubo.
Day 6: Kutaisi - Batumi
After breakfast - excursion to the karst caves of Prometheus. VisittoGelati Monastery (11th c.) - the educational center of medieval Georgia, which is under the protection of UNESCO, and the church Motsameta. After lunch in the village Gelati, we head towards the Black Sea coast.Upon arrival in Batumi - city tour. Overnight in Batumi.
Day 7: Free day in Batumi
The day is planned at your discretion. Recommendations of the guide on the route.

In the evening a farewell dinner in Batumi.
Day 8: Batumi – airport
After breakfast, transfer to Batumi or Tbilisi airport.
